Customer terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of a customer account, storefront, verification page, or buyback program operated by a seller (“the Seller”) on the Pull Different platform. Your purchase and payment relationship is with the Seller; Pull Different Technologies provides the software that powers it. By creating a customer account, placing an order, or accepting a buyback offer, you agree to these terms.

Keep your sign-in email accurate and your credentials private — activity under your account is treated as yours. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively. You can ask the Seller to close your account at any time.

Prices, availability, and product descriptions are set by the Seller and can change until an order is confirmed. An order is accepted when the Seller confirms it — obvious pricing errors may be canceled and refunded. Collectible items (cards, slabs, wax, repacks) are sold as described; grading and condition notes reflect the Seller's good-faith assessment or the stated grading company's assigned grade.

You agree to pay for orders using the methods offered at checkout. Initiating a chargeback for a transaction you authorized, while keeping the goods, is fraud: the Seller may contest it with delivery and verification records, suspend your account and any loyalty balance while a dispute is open, and recover reasonable costs on disputes resolved in the Seller's favor. Contact the Seller first — genuine problems get fixed faster than disputes.

Scanning a card's verification QR may show an instant buyback offer. All buyback figures are estimates: they are computed from the card's estimated market value at the moment of the scan and are subject to live market pricing, card condition on receipt, and demand for the card or player at the time the buyback is completed. The final amount is confirmed by the Seller when the card is received and verified. Until you ship or hand over the card, you are under no obligation; the Seller may decline or re-quote a buyback where the market has moved materially or the card's condition differs from the record.

Choosing store credit as your payout adds the advertised bonus percentage to the offer. Store credit has no cash value, is usable only with the issuing Seller, and survives for the period required by applicable law.

Cash-equivalent payouts (check, wire/ACH, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay) are sent after the card is received and verified. Payout details are collected by the Seller; sending payment information through unsecured channels is at your own risk.

Loyalty points are promotional. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted for returned, refunded, or disputed orders. The Seller may change earn rates, redemption values, and expiration going forward at any time. Points are forfeited on accounts closed for fraud or abuse.

Shipping timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes on carrier delivery to your address. Return eligibility is set by the Seller's posted policy; sealed product opened after delivery and cards removed from their sealed or slabbed state are not returnable unless the Seller says otherwise.

No scraping, reselling access, probing other customers' data, or interfering with the service. Verification QR codes and portal links are for the cardholder and customer they were issued to.

The service is provided as-is. Card values shown anywhere on the platform are estimates from third-party market data and are not financial advice or a guarantee of value. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's and Pull Different Technologies' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to it.

These terms may be updated; the effective date above changes when they are. Continued use of your account after an update is acceptance of the new terms. Questions go to the Seller you transact with, or to Pull Different Technologies for platform-level matters.
