Built inside a live break shop — not a boardroom.

Pull Different started as the internal system for Mint Junkie, a working break and repack operation. Every module was born from a real night on the floor: cards that needed comping before a stream, repacks that needed provably fair randomization, orders landing from four channels into one shipping table, commissions that had to be right before payouts went out.

We productized that system into a multi-tenant platform because every operator we talked to was running the same business on the same stack of spreadsheets, group chats and gut feel. The hobby's tooling hadn't caught up to the hobby.

Today Pull Different is four products on one platform: PULL ERP (the operations core), PULL OS (work management), ACE (the assistant trained on the platform manual and your data), and PULL X (the dealer-to-dealer marketplace) — plus a white-labeled customer portal for every shop.

Mint Junkie is still a customer on the platform, running its whole operation here every day. That's the standard every feature has to clear before it ships.
